And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a
Supporter Communications Officer to join our Register Development team.

Title:
Supporter Communications Officer**
Salary: £29,664 per annum**
Contract:Permanent, full time**
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location:

Hybrid between head office in Hampstead London and home**This role will play a major part in driving forward Anthony Nolan's new supporter journeys, from registering as a donor through to reaching the upper age limit of 61.

You will make our potential donors feel valued, taking them from initial interactions with Anthony Nolan and turning them into committed, life-long supporters.

You will bring:

Experience of developing engaging customer journeys
Experience of data analysis and reporting
Excellent writing and communications skills
Good personal relationship and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and an ability to manage your workload across a wide range of retention activity.
