LONDON
Our office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working, and an outdoor terrace for a team lunch.


THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work closely with the Office Manager, to ensure both sites operate and align with the expectations of the department and the needs of the business
  • Ensure the welcoming experience and daytoday running of both buildings are in keeping with the department's objective of providing a worldclass experience
  • Build strong relationships and work closely with thirdparty contractors to ensure all maintenance issues are dealt with promptly
  • With the Office Manager, carry out regular checks of both buildings and support with resolving any issues that might arise
  • Oversee the office supplies ordering across both sites including food & drink, stationary, and officerelated equipment
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to deliver a varied, exciting, and engaging food & drink experience to Farfetchers
  • Support the OM team in managing the reception desks as and when required

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have previous Office Assistant/Reception and customerfacing experience, ideally in a fastpaced environment
  • A highly organized, keen eye for detail and a professional approach
  • A passion for providing a worldclass experience to both internal and external customers
  • Able to use initiative and find creative solutions to any challenges
  • A clear and confident communicator who can liaise across all levels of seniority
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
