The Opportunity:
Cpl is working in partnership with a market leading Advertising and Media Group to appoint an experienced
HR Administrator/ PA to join their dynamic team in Holywood.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team of industry experts working with some of the best known International, UK & Irish brands.
About the role:
Key duties will include:
HR Administration
In acting as a direct support to the Talent Manager, you will;
- Assist and maintain all admin related to recruitment and the hiring process.
- Assist and coordinate induction and onboarding schedules.
- Assist and coordinate delivery of the Performance Review process.
- Management and upkeep of HR systems and employee filing, including using PAMS.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues.
- Assist and coordinate people initiatives on behalf of Team Leaders.
- Make a positive contribution to the future success of the Company.
- Comply with Data Protection Regulations with regard to safeguarding personal information at all times.
- Adhere to and support all other company policies, procedures, processes and working practices, including adhering to best practice.
Support to the Board of Directors
- Ensure day to day operational efficiency across all aspects of the COE's, Managing Director's and Finance Directors' offices.
- Efficient coordination of Directors' diaries to include planning for and arrangement of all logístical and practical requirements, and anticipation and resolution of any potential problems.
- Oversight of client meet & greets including meeting room bookings and set up ahead of the client visit.
- Developing and maintaining effective manual and electronic filing and archiving systems for Directors.
- To facilitate, record and minute ad hoc and planned meetings as required, and follow up actions on behalf of Directors.
- Compilation of background research as required by Directors and presentation of same in a timely manner.
- To proactively implement new support and administration practices for the benefit of the Directors and the Agency.
- To develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new clients and associates of the Agency, and with all Directors and colleagues.
- To be proactive, flexible and have the ability to deal with new challenges as they arise.
- Commitment to the ethos of the Agency's aim and objectives.
- Commitment to confidentiality, total discretion, tact and integrity.
What you need:
- Graduate calibre in Human Resources or related discipline
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
- At least 2 years' experience in a busy office environment
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven success and experience supporting at Director/Board level
- Experience of using a HRMS
