We are Ventro, a market leading fire safety company, that are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Senior Sales Consultant who thrives within a forward-thinking environment to help manage and inspire our growing team

As a Senior Sales you will:

Meet and exceed targets through your individual sales performance.
Lead a team of Sales Consultants/Business development executives reporting directly to you; ensuring team targets are hit.
Providing coaching, leadership, and development to support your team.
Report on teams' performance to Sales Director.
Attend appointments booked, identify opportunities, and provide solutions based on client need and help with closing deals.
Use of CRM system to track opportunities.
Develop new accounts and build relationships with the clients.
Complete monthly 121's with team members providing feedback and reviewing performance.
Prepare and deliver presentations via video conferencing platforms & facetoface.
Meet monthly and team sales targets and drive the motivation within the team.

In return for this we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who has:

A strong sales background
Previous team managerial experience
Target driven with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company
