Our client is regarded as a world class institution providing outstanding education to students across the globe. The overall purpose of the role is to provide support to the research contract review process.Day to day duties:
- Supporting the research contract review process
- Review, advise and negotiate on agreements including service contracts, overseas researchers, and collaboration agreements
- Ensure terms are incorporated and contracts fully completed
- Managing and prioritising own portfolio of contracts to ensure they progress to completion
- Liaising with faculty and stakeholders
- Supporting the review and drafting of more complex research contracts
Essential criteria:
- Previous experience in similar/relevant role
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail
- Selfsufficient and ability to work with mínimal guidance
Desirable:
- Recent experience of research contract administration
- Law degree, legal executive or other legal or business management qualification
