A fantastic opportunity is available for an Account Manager to join a growing, creative agency in Norwich. As the team is growing due to business successes this is an exciting time to join their dedicated team. This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of 1 day in the office per week after a more office-based induction.


The Role - Account Manager
Reporting to the Client Services Director, and working very closely with the wider teams, your responsibility will include:

  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Taking ownership of daytoday client contact, delivering a range of communications projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Contributing to the strategic development of projects and accounts, identifying and planning communications activities.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered with adherence to timelines and budgets, liaising with other agency departments.

Requirements - Account Manager

  • A minimum of 2 years marketing experience, ideally within agency or in house with a passion to work across multiple accounts / projects.
  • Strong project and account management experience, with excellent communication skills both internally with teams and clientfacing.

Location


This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of 1 day in the office per week although you would be expected to be in 3 / 4 days for the first couple of weeks.

Suitable commutable locations include Norwich, Thetford, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Attleboroughand Kings Lynn.
