Description

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for providing support to the Business Partner and HR Assistant to add value to the organisation by providing effective generalist HR advice to line managers across the business with varying levels of people managementexperience and closely assisting with end to end case management.

The role sits within the HR team and reports to the HR Business Partner.


Client Details
Page Personnel have partnered with a global marketing organisation based in West Yorkshire. They are looking for a HR Advisor to join them on a full time, and permanent basis. The role is paying up to £36k and offers hybrid working.


Description

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing support and guidance to managers in relation to ER matters, policies and procedures, and legal requirements
  • Supporting with recruitment activities
  • Supporting new starters with induction processes during and up to the successful completion of the probation period
  • Providing guidance on performance management, absence management and paternity and maternity leave
  • Assisting Business Partners with TUPE processes & implementation of new business

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • Demonstrable experience as a HR Advisor
  • CIPD L5 or working towards
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills with a high attention to detail
  • IT Literate
