Description

The successful candidate will be expected to assess and manage patients presenting to the emergency department with a wide spectrum of emergency presentations, including adult, paediatric, trauma and non-trauma presentations.

Service delivery will be on the middle grade rota.

The successful candidate will also be expected to supervise and support the more junior medical staff as required and will be involved in the resuscitation of acutely ill and injured patients.

The successful candidate will be expected to use the allocated supporting clinical activities time to engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as well as departmental development activities.
