Newstaff Employment Services are working in Partnership with a High Street EPOS company based in Kingston Milton KeynesYou will be part of the Professional Service Retail Implementation Team, supporting the Service Team, Engineers and Managers with all Office and Service Administration
Duties will include:
- Managing the daytoday schedule of work
- Running utilisation and other engineering reports as required
- Answering the phone
- Inputting information into an inhouse system
- Arranging flights/ferries and hotels where required
- Arranging engineer collections and pick ups for installations
- Administration and auditing of engineer sign off and scale verification reports
- Speaking to the engineers on a daily basis to ensure their wellbeing and understanding of the days work
Essential:
- Have a flexible approach to work
- Must come from an admin background
- Reliable, Hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Good communicating skills
- Be a good team player
- Well presented
- Want to learn and move on within the team
- Previous Scheduling experience would be an advantage
