Are you a Digial Marketing professional looking to make a difference and an improved work life balance?
We are looking for a creative, confident and experienced Digital Fundraiser to help create and implement an exciting online presence for Bristol Mind.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the Business Development Manager and Senior Management Team to ensure that digital is central to our fundraising products
- Develop fundraising Leads through Digital engagement
- Optimise our organic reach through social media
- Identify opportunities for incomegenerating activity as well as overseeing our current community fundraising income streams and supporting our Corporate partners on digital fundraising activities.
- Write and Edit Copy for a diverse range of digital channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging
- Lead the planning and execution of digital fundraising campaigns and programmes
- Manage Bristol Minds website and social media accounts ensuring comments and DMs are responded to and that engagement is monitored
- Develop and implement a strategy for increasing engagement and impact
Contribution to the overall running of Bristol Mind
- Ensure that the views of staff, volunteers and service users are shared with the CEO and BDM to inform project development.
- Assist in the development of other projects and services specifically supporting people's mental health and wellbeing.
- To contribute to events and activities that improve the visibility of, and raise the profile of Bristol Mind as a whole.
- To contribute to the effective running of the organisation within legal and good practice frameworks, in conjunction with colleagues.
Person Specification - Essential
- An understanding and ability to use digital analytic tools to shape campaign performance and learning
- Strong Understanding of Social Media marketing, including paid for services
- Evidence of creative thinking
- Experience and evidence of raising funds
- Good knowledge of a range of digital platforms and good practice for each
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst maintaining good attention to detail
- Ability to write engaging content
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work proactively and cooperatively with a diverse range of people
- Selfdriven, focused, results and quality oriented. Must be able to use own initiative
- Great at problem solving, seeing and mitigating risks and ssues
- Commitment to sharing ideas, information, and knowledge
