Finance and Administration Manager

**Location: Belfast

  • BT3****Salary and Benefits: Base Salary
- £25K- £28K dep on experience plus benefits**
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45am-5pm

  • Permanent**My client is a successful provider of Document, Print and IT Solutions Provider. Due to ongoing growth they are now seeking a Finance and Admin Manager.


Reporting to the directors you will be a member of the Management team with responsibility to ensure best practice in all areas of Accounting, Finance Management and Administration.


The Right role:


  • Responsible for the Financial and Administration Management of the Business Unit
  • Maintain financial and Administrative records, reconciling all expenditure and payments and balances on day to day transactions
  • Processing all Accounting transactions
  • Monthly reconciliation of creditors to supplier statements
  • General maintenance of the Accounting Ledger
  • Providing and interrupting financial information
  • Track and maintain cash flow daily
  • Overseeing Credit Control
  • Over seeing Sales and Purchase Ledger

The Right Fit:


  • Familiar with Accounting Packages and strong Ms Office package Skills
  • Minimum 35 years' experience in a busy Finance and Accounts role
  • Proactive and Highly Motivated
