Opus Vitae is actively recruiting for a
Credit Controller for our client based in the
Bromsgrove area.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday starting 8:45am - 5pm


Experience/attributes we are looking for...

Minimum of - 3 years' experience within Credit Control - essential.

  • Proficient in IT, including word processing and database usage, Microsoft Office packages, Excel.
  • Experience with a variety of CRM software, ERP/MRP systems
  • Confident communication skills and successful management of their own ledger
  • The Ability to resolve disputes and exceed customer expectations.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • A driven, positive, focused outlook
  • Seamless interdepartmental communication

Daily Duties will include...


This fast-paced role will require high levels of accuracy, organisation, outstanding communication, and customer service skills to ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices and ledger management.

You will also need to be hold a confident personality with strong customer service and communication skills.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £35,000.00 per year
