As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a vital role in managing the daily administration of customer accounts.From data entry to delivery, you'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be key as you liaise with both internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Act as the first escalation point for customer queries and complaints.
- Resolve incoming customer queries promptly and efficiently.
- Process and record accurate data entry of customer orders.
- Ensure all orders are complete with required paperwork and passed to production daily.
- Keep patient files up to date and confidential.

Working Relationships:
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams such as QC staff, Stores, and Production staff, as well as external partners including Trusts and Clinicians.

This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week working from home and 3 days per week based at our corporate head office in Abingdon.
