Role Purpose:


The purpose of this role is to be instrumental in strategic team thinking for data management and manipulation for the agency and specifically within digital media.

You will work with the media team but align closely to our Data Science and Systems Developers to help build and develop industry-leading approaches and products to data and measurement.

Key Responsibilities

The nature of All Response Media's business requires a high level of flexibility, common sense and attention to detail.

While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, this may evolve over time and needs a proactive, hands-on approach to duties.


You won't lead a team but will be responsible for coordinating teams and understanding the cost and resource implications with any initiative you are owning and driving.


Your key responsibilities will include:
Clients

  • Clientleading on 23 significant clients lead and direct tech strategy especially around futureproofing clients' infrastructure for a cookieless future
  • Develop and drive technologyled roadmaps that incorporates ARM solutions
  • Ensure their technical and data architecture is fit for purpose and, more importantly, opening up more efficient digital media opportunities.
  • Build on existing cross media models and initiatives, ensure clients are on board with our methodology
Agency

  • Bridge between media and technology
  • Futureproof ARM and ARM clients technology strategy to ensure we are leading from the front and delivering best practice
  • Understand the capabilities and potential of a data lake such as Snowflake and how that can play a part into our data strategy
  • Deployment of Snowflake infrastructure into clientcentric datastrategies.
  • Drive ARM's digital tech stack development and direction including the digitisation of ARMalytics
  • Input where relevant and required to improve digital process efficiency across the agency
  • Creating standardisation of and bestinclass digital reporting and visualisation.
  • Develop viewpoint and approach for measurement across digitalising media such as Podcasts, BVOD and digital OOH
  • Integrate Data Science into Digital Analytics with the help of the Head of Data Science
  • Work closer with key technology and media partners to understand and shape our approach to technology and data

Learning how and when to adjust your language and delivery dependant on the needs of your audience is a key to your success.

Assertive but fair communication with colleagues is essential as is learning the ability to be diplomatic for the good of All Response Media as a whole.

You need to be watching those around you and learning from them.
