This role is for a leading Financial Services business, based in Southport, with a fantastic company culture.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Becoming the first point of contact for HR related queries, escalating when necessary
  • Onboarding administration, including right to work and background checking
  • Administration for the employee leaver and changers processes
  • Recruitment coordination, including writing and posting job adverts and screening applicants
  • Leading the absence management process, including effective absence reporting
  • Reviewing policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant:


The successful HR Administrator will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • CIPD L3 or above (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • IT literate including all Microsoft Office Applications
  • A genuine desire to learn
