The HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Becoming the first point of contact for HR related queries, escalating when necessary
- Onboarding administration, including right to work and background checking
- Administration for the employee leaver and changers processes
- Recruitment coordination, including writing and posting job adverts and screening applicants
- Leading the absence management process, including effective absence reporting
- Reviewing policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant:
The successful HR Administrator will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities
- IT literate including all Microsoft Office Applications
- A genuine desire to learn
