We are now seeking a Customer Service and Support Executive to join our Head office as part of a team of 4 within this department.

Working Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm with an annual salary plus annual bonus, on site free parking, 25 days holiday and contributory pension scheme.


You will be liaising with colleagues, suppliers, third-party vendors, logistics providers and our warehouse team to provide the highest customer service levels for all our customers, large and small.


We will provide full training on our product range as this role involve a high level of product knowledge to manage customer enquiries, so you must be happy to learn our product range and provide information for technical enquiries.


The role will also involve price and stock information, completing of orders, taking payments over the phone, resolving warranty issues and general office admin support.

The role will require effective use of the numerous software systems we employ to carry out day-to-day tasks.

We are looking for a friendly, sociable, and articulate individual with good interpersonal and communication skills.

This role would suit someone who would enjoy getting to know our clients, learn what they order and who gets job satisfaction solving their problems, and delivering impeccable service every time.

You must possess a pleasing and positive telephone manner, a good communicator who can easily build day-to-day relationships with our long-term client base.


You should be PC literate, have a confident phone manner, professional written skills and the ability to learn a range of products.
