We are currently recruiting for a highly driven individual to perform the role of Directors' Assistant & National Branch Office based in our Cambridge office.
This role will be suitable for someone with a proven track record of working in a fast paced environment.The purpose of this role is divided into three parts. The key element is to provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logístical service to all Directors.
Your role with the Directors will be to remove any unnecessary stress points and support them to make their lives as efficient as possible.
You will oversee the consistent local office management.Whilst the day-to-day office management will be operated locally, products and services will be directed from Head Office to ensure consistency.
The wide scope of this office management role will range from the on-going provision of consumables and regular office maintenance, to managing office moves and desk setups, sourcing furniture, soft furnishings, plants and other touches to enhance the wellbeing of our office staff.
You will take a lead in companywide roles such as overseeing company complaint handling and being a leader of the Social Committee.
The team is made up of volunteers who find time in their busy weekly schedule to focus on the needs of the business in terms of wellbeing, team building and essentially planning much needed fun events for our colleagues to look forward to.
Whilst the team on the committee will bring ideas, you will be the one to take notes and drive forward the suggested ideas.
This role requires an individual who is highly detailed, attentive to the needs to the Directors and the teams across Encore and is comfortable using IT packages, especially MS Excel.
