Finance Business Partner

Location:
Hybrid/South East based at client site (min 3 days on site)
At ISS Facility Services we are seeking Finance Business Partners to sit within our new Finance team.

As Finance Business Partner, you will provide the tools, analysis and insight to the business, challenging thinking within a portfolio of key accounts, helping to make informed decisions whilst driving the business strategy.


You will use your strong stakeholder engagement skills to focus on maximising value for the client, whilst minimising risk exposure.

You'll be a trusted advisor, adding value and assisting in decision making.


Responsible for reporting on contractual and financial matters to both ISS UK and the client team, you will oversee end to end financial management for the client.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining a professional and proactive business relationship with peers of the Client's representatives.
  • Promoting ISS and the development of its services and understanding the changing needs of the Client.
  • Building partnerships and strong relationships with managers, stakeholders and their teams, providing financial support to commercial decision making.
  • Challenging and supporting the business (unit) in driving business improvement initiatives, including cost reductions, contract negotiations, price execution and process improvement.
  • Ensuring customer contract governance is adhered to, including client reporting, reconciliations and ensuring change notes governance is in place.
  • Identifying and supporting in executing gap closure plans, including proactive identification of financial and commercial risk.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of financial performance including month end results.

About You

  • Qualified/Part Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Proven commercial finance experience, in a commercial service contract environment
  • Prior client facing experience
  • Professional, committed, conscientious, proactive and innovative
  • Positive attitude to change and ability to be flexible to the changing priorities of the role
  • Strong communicator able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers and team
  • Numerate, accurate and confident working on your own initiative
  • Ability to priorities workloads appropriately
  • High level of computer literacy including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and financial systems
