CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Health Outcomes Manager to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry, working remotely, initially on a contract basis for 12 months.


Rate:

Up to £45.18 PAYE / £50.63 Umbrella per hour

Location:

This role is remote based with a monthly visit to the clients site in Tadworth. This is the UK Commercial HQ.

The site has over 320 acres with around 800 employees, who work across the biopharmaceutical and consumer businesses or in one of the business supportfunctions (such as finance or HR).

The site also serves as a hub for some of the company's European business operations.

Senior Health Outcomes Manager Role:


  • Develop ideas and lead/colead complex projects across business units and manage plans to achieve objectives.
  • Identify and develop research plans for studies
  • Drive high quality and comprehensive horizon scanning/landscape assessment to identify key opportunities for innovation in realworld evidence, outcomes research, and/or outcomesbased agreements
  • Oversee business implementation of analytic strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Understand National Health Service (NHS) policy and guidelines and their impact on different customer groups in relation to the key NHS targets.
  • Understand the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice and requirements

Your Background:


  • Educated to degree level or higher in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating and developing research/projects for inclusion in clinical trials, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), reimbursement, and/or market access
  • Pharmacy, Formulary Management, and/or Health Technology Assessment (HTA) market access experience
  • Practical experience in performing observational research, in any setting, including lifesciences company, research organization, academic institution or governmental agency
  • Understanding of global drug development, outcomes research and COA instrument development and the methods addressed in the Food and Drug Administration Procurement Guidance
  • Strong project management, strategic and analytic skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and respond to multiple internal and external customers
