Description

Delivering quality food at customer premises.

Your main will be to plan, prepare and serve a range of food to meet client requirements, ensuring a high quality service is delivered.

You will also:

Plan menus, while working to budgets.
Lead a team of catering staff; including training, developing and motivating them to deliver an excellent service to customers.
Be responsible for continuously developing and improving food quality and hygiene standards.

To succeed in this role you will need:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within contract catering
Flair and imagination as a chef with a passion for food
Understanding of budget control
Good teamworking skills and a flexible approach to work
Excellent client relationship and customer care skills
Competence in Health & Safety and Food Safety
Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene
Diploma in Professional Cookery minimum Level 2, e.g. C&G 706/2

- (Recognised HCIMA Qualification at Level 3 or above is preferred)
