Description
Delivering quality food at customer premises.

Your main will be to plan, prepare and serve a range of food to meet client requirements, ensuring a high quality service is delivered.


You will also:


  • Plan menus, while working to budgets.
  • Lead a team of catering staff; including training, developing and motivating them to deliver an excellent service to customers.
  • Be responsible for continuously developing and improving food quality and hygiene standards.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within contract catering
  • Flair and imagination as a chef with a passion for food
  • Understanding of budget control
  • Good teamworking skills and a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent client relationship and customer care skills
  • Competence in Health & Safety and Food Safety
  • Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene
  • Diploma in Professional Cookery minimum Level 2, e.g. C&G 706/2
- (Recognised HCIMA Qualification at Level 3 or above is preferred)
