Duty mix of on a rolling 08:00-16:00, 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 20:00-06:00
A fantastic Opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for Security Control Room Operator, who will work at our site in Thornaby.
You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.
Main purpose of the job:
You're responsible for ensuring all staff, client and visitors feel that they have a secure support team to alert and advise them in times of need.
Duties
- Responsible for the actively monitoring the health safety and welfare of all officers across the Estate
- Using the clients Emergency Notification System to inform the Estate Management Team of any incidents as they occur
- Following and implementing daily tasks from management
- Reporting accurately and factually on incidents and accidents on the Estate
- To oversee the health, safety and welfare of all visitors and staff on the Estate, using CCTV systems
Job role requirements:
- Hold a valid SIA, CCTV Licence and First Aid certificate
- Have a good level of English written and spoken
- You will be customer focused
- Have the ability to remain calm in emergencies
- Able to work in a team and work unsupervised
- Competent level of IT skills
- Previous security experience
