Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 7am-2pm / 4pm-10pm with alternate weekends

Setting:
Mix of Office and Field Duty

We are actively seeking a committed Care Field Supervisor to integrate into our client's respected home care team based in Woking.

In this position, you'll work in tandem with another Field Care Supervisor, ensuring a balanced rotation between office responsibilities and on-field duties.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a team of care workers to guarantee they provide exceptional care and support to clients.

Ensure the creation of person-centred care plans that are frequently reviewed and adjusted to match the evolving needs of clients.

Carry out periodic spot checks and appraisals of care workers' performance, pinpointing areas for growth and ensuring adherence to regulatory norms.

Collaborate closely with the Registered Manager to uphold and enhance the care service quality offered by the organisation.

Play a vital role in recruiting, training, and nurturing new care workers, ensuring they are proficiently trained to provide top-tier care.

Engage with other healthcare and social care professionals, such as local authorities, GPs, and community teams, to ensure care delivery is synchronized and integrated.

Address complaints and incidents in line with the company's protocols and procedures.

Assist the Registered Manager in daily operational tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a care field supervisory role is essential.

NVQ Level 3 or its equivalent in Health and Social Care (or the commitment to pursue this).

Stellar communication and interpersonal capabilities.

Entitlement to 28 days of annual leave on a pro-rata basis.

In-depth awareness and comprehension of care service regulatory standards.

A full UK driving license and personal transportation access.

Flexibility in working hours and participation in an on-call rota.

As a Care Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of care workers who provide care and support to individuals in their homes.

You will ensure that high-quality care is delivered in a person-centred way, which meets the individual needs of each person.

Supervise and manage a team of care workers, ensuring they deliver highquality care and support to clients.
Ensure care plans are personcentred, regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changing needs. Conduct regular spot checks and reviews of care workers' performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Work with the Registered Manager to maintain and improve the quality of care services provided by the organisation. Assist in the recruitment, training and development of new care workers to ensure they are fully equipped to deliver highquality care.
Work with other health and social care professionals, including local authorities, GPs and community teams, to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to care delivery. Handle complaints and incidents in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
Support the Registered Manager with the daytoday running of the service, as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a care field supervisory role.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or be willing to work towards this).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Annual leave prorota 28 days.
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory standards for care services.
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Ability to work flexibly and to be part of an oncall rota.
