What You Will Need

• 5 GCSE or equivalent Grade 4 or Grade C including English and Maths
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing great patient care
• Be well organised, able to prioritise and work in a busy environment
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail whilst working within policies and procedures
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT

• Work authorisation

• UK (required)
• Previous reception/customer service experience (desirable)
• Driving licence (preferred)
• Disclosure Barring Service check will be undertaken

difficile by ensuring that they are compliant with the Health and Social Care Act Code of Practice for the prevention and control of Healthcare Associated Infections (The Hygiene Code); and by ensuring that they are familiar with Heart Networks UK Limited's Infection Prevention and Control Policies.
