Customer Service Representative


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Utilize phone etiquette to handle a high volume of incoming calls and maintain a professional demeanor

This is a hybrid role and you will only be expected to be in the office 2 mornings per calendar month.
