Wilson James are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their busy team as a Passenger Assisted Services Apprentice working at Heathrow Airport.

This apprenticeship offers an incredible opportunity to develop customer service skills and start your career within the vibrant aviation sector.

Gain handson experience working as a Passenger Assisted Services agent, providing support as required to special assistance passengers as they navigate the terminal and board or disembark from the aircraft.
Provide firstrate service to passengers who will be travelling worldwide, escorting arriving, and departing special assistance passengers (along with accompanying family as necessary) through the airport either on foot, by wheelchair or electric buggy/ caddy as required.
Gain valuable experience and be a vital part of the aviation community, where you will learn from our skilled and knowledgeable team on how to help passengers with their journeys, whether it is with their baggage, helping them to check in or even helping with their shopping
