An exciting position to work in a high-end private dental clinic in prime central London location. Great potential for development.

We are looking for a receptionist/Treatment coordination with proven experience in the field. Ideally with SOE software skills.


Salary:
from £15ph depends on experience. Open to discussions.

Very rewarding monthly bonus applied too

Hours:
M-F 9am -5pm. Wednesday and occasional Fridays may be longer. (Flexibility required to meet operational needs). Open to discuss the potential long days.

Duties involve (but not restricted to):

  • Treatment coordination
  • When and if required to do nursing, all aspects of clinical nursing for procedures relating to orthodontics, restorative/cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, periodontics and implant dentistry
  • Patient care including contacting existing and prospect patients, booking appointments, coordinating appointment schedules/payment plans, all aspects of infection control, patient aftercare.
  • You will receive full in house training on internal systems, set ups, and patient journey.
  • This is a pivotal role within our clinic and you will be very client facing, with a mix of clinical and non clinical responsibilities under the guidance of the Head nurse.
  • There will be various other administrative jobs to complete and will be guided through this.

This role will suit someone with excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. You must also have an excellent command of the English language and exceptional customer service skills.

The following are a minimum requirement:

  • Do you have the following licence or certification: Are you a GDC registered dental nurse?
  • Do you speak English?
  • Must have SOE experience
  • Must have reception/TCO experience in dentistry
  • Work Full-Time
