ALS are recruiting for a
Business Development Manager (Commercial Waste)on behalf of our client based in
Oxfordshire to join their successful Commercial Waste team.
You will be tasked with generating and developing sales leads and closing new, profitable business for the organisation.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of working within sales in the commercial waste industry
- Experience of maintaining a CRM based sales pipeline.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of financial/commercial viability/risk.
- In depth knowledge of the full sales process.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- Persuasive negotiator and Presenter.
- Results Driven.
- Full driving licence and own vehicle able to travel throughout the Oxfordshire area to attend meetings and client presentations.
