Daily routines include feeding and bedding our animals along with general husbandry jobs.
We rear our calves on automated machines in batches of 20-60 across multiple sites. It's an all in all out system so we thoroughly clean between batches.
Dehorning/castration and vaccinations are carried out in-house.
The work roles vary season to season and can include more tractor work in the summer months if prefered.
Tractor work will include; mowing/tedding/raking. Trailer work, shifting bales of straw/hay. Carting grain and silage. Spreading muck/slurry and ploughing/cultivations.
On the job training will be provided and experience isn't necessary.

£11.50-£13.00 per hour
