Job Purpose:


To provide support to the business in coordinating specific internal/customer/vendor based activities, for the delivery and implementation of the commercial operations strategy.

Using insightful analytical and commercial capability, the Operations Executive will aid effective decision making, process efficiency and adherence to company standards, in order to maximise profitable market opportunities for TD SYNNEX


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with specific vendor/business/country based operations
  • Point of contact for partners on operational issues
  • Ensure Special Price Conditions are accurately and timely implemented, and available to customers
  • Process gaps detection and resolution proposals to enhance processes.
  • Support Manager in process testing & documentation up to ISO standards
  • Support business in meeting legal requirements and reporting standards, in line with Producer Responsibility Obligations for Waste & Packaging
  • Assist with data gathering and quality analysis investigations
  • Participate on regular and adhoc vendor/business engagement meetings
  • Action any adhoc commercial operations requests and support projects/activities as appropriate
Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Have a clear, professional and informative communication style with all levels of management.
  • Be able to problem solve and analyse date
  • Able to recognise and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent organisational skills and timekeeping
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure and work to set deadlines.
  • Capable of maintaining and promoting social, ethical, and organisational standards in conducting internal and external business activities
  • Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information
  • Adapt quickly to learning new systems and technology
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel desirable
