The role


As the team grows, we currently have a variety of great opportunities within our credit department, including
Credit Collections, Credit Control, Sales Ledger & Credit Vetting.

Full training for any role will be provided and we can offer full study support for either CICM or AAT.

Salary:
Flexible base salary
dependant on experience plus a quarterly commission scheme


Location:
Radius Campus, Emperor Way, Crewe Business Park, CW1 6BD


Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm


What would your day to day look like?
This would be dependent upon the area you work, however typical responsibilities you can expect are;

  • Daily contact with customers via Telephone, SMS, Email, Payment links or Letter, in line with credit policy
  • Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact within Cruise / Sugar
  • Escalation of accounts and issues as required
  • Actively engage in relevant and appropriate opportunities for crossdepartment working to build relationships & share knowledge
  • Use exposure to different areas of Credit and businesses / products to share good ideas and approaches across the team and improve the processes and systems as a result
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales team.

What do we expect of you?
- **Communication **- the ability to develop rapport with customers and colleagues over the phone.

Attention to Detail - a head for numbers and ability to spot and solve problems whilst dealing with a high volume of transactional data.

Drive to Succeed - driven to achieve targets, tenacious and persistent in your approach.

  • Experience in a credit control or finance role is desirable but not essential
