Senior Surveyor / Associate - Office & Industrial Agency

Milton Keynes


CCO Group have been retained by an industry-leading client who is looking to grow their agency team in Milton Keynes.

Our clients agency team is a market leading team who act on behalf of a broad range of investors, developers and occupiers on prestigious commercial schemes across Milton Keynes.

This team has been involved in some of the largest and influential deals during the course of the last few years and continue to be one of the leading consultancy teams in the region.

This role will be focussed on office and industrial assets.

Responsibilities:


  • Managing a portfolio of agency instructions
  • Advising clients of appropriate terms for the purchase, letting and sale of properties, to ensure sites are realistically appraised.
  • Funding and acquiring business space
  • Development appraisal and feasibility analysis
  • Preparing sales and marketing particulars and selecting successful purchasers/tenants
  • Marketing instructions and negotiating appropriate terms
  • Disposal advice and negotiation with purchasers
  • Tenant targeting

What They Are Looking For:


  • MRICS Qualified
  • Previous experience in local markets and in an agency capacity would be beneficial
- driven, proactive and enthusiastic.

  • Strong communication skills. Both written and verbal
  • Strong MS Office Excel skills
