Yes? Then, look no further This is a great opportunity to join an established business as a Regional Visual Merchandiser/ Display Coordinator representing luxury brands.


Please note that this role is initially a contract role for 6 months (Fixed term contract)

Role overview:


  • The key responsibility of the Display Coordinator (DC) is to represent the brands in all aspects relating to visual merchandising
  • Following a regular and efficient journey plan, the main function of the DC will be to call on all Boots retailers within London (Zones 12) to merchandise stores according to brand guidelines
  • You will be responsible for the compliance audits and backup photos required for all retailers within your area to implement all marketing actions and brand owner requirements
  • To complete and submit all personal administration and any admin or figures required within specified timeframes to ensure all information is available and accurate.

Main Objectives / Typical Duties:


  • You will implement effective visual merchandising in stores in order to maximise store sales.
  • Ensure all products are presented to the highest standard in line with brand owner values and guidelines.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and build influential relationships with key store personnel.
  • Provide feedback to the Senior Sales Manager, this role will see you responsible for all aspects of visual merchandising across your remit of stores
  • To act as a brand ambassador and ensure effective communication of brand values both internally and externally.
  • To ensure that every store you visit looks the part in terms of Brand Owner expectations and merchandising and service levels meet our Brand Owner expectations.
  • To upload pictures and audit reports for permanent and promotional fixtures within a deadline set in the correct format and file for compliance purposes.
  • To report any stock issues or discrepancies to the store/department manager and provide feedback on the audit report

What qualities will you need to be successful?

  • A background in visual merchandising or experience of working in a store with a keen interest in visual merchandising.
  • Happy to travel from store to store and able to stay away over night when needed.
  • A commercial approach and retail knowledge.
  • Experience within the luxury / beauty sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Friendly and approachable with the ability to communicate effectively written, visual and verbal.
  • Selfmotivated, enthusiastic with the ability to be agile.
  • Excellent customer service skills
