The role
As a Project Assistant you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

The difference our new Project Assistant will make is directly contributing to the successful delivery of our complex, high profile and mission critical projects & programmes.


Day to day,
you'll be part of a focused project team supporting various activities required for contract delivery.

In this role you'll contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly project/programme reporting requirements, support risk and opportunity management and help maintain delivery schedules, forecasts and baseline change requests.

You'll also raise, control, and monitor purchase order requisitions in our business system to initiate key procurement activities.


Essential experience of the Project Assistant

  • Good familiarity with MS Office software
  • Experience working in teams
  • Able to show drive and desire to make a daily positive impact
  • Organised, tasks orientated mindset
  • Procurement raising requisitions, tracking purchase orders (desirable)
This role is a flexible role and based onsite at Ashton Vale
