Customer Service Administrator - Case Handler - £28,000 per annum pro rata - North London


Do you possess previous experience in a corporate/ customer service/telesales role? Do you have great administration and IT skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Dr Grange and Associates (DGA) provide psychological services in a range of sectors. The successful applicant will play a core role in the functioning of the company. Plenty of support and training will be provided where needed.

The Case Handler duties include a range of activities such as liaising with psychologists and customers, logging enquiries, and managing cases using our bespoke database system.

The role is open to applicants from a range of backgrounds to include someone with great customer service skills and/or a telesales background, or a new graduate with interest in playing a role in growing a company.

Aiming for a mid-May 2024 start with interviews expected on 25th and 26th April.


Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Case Handler include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer service/case handling work closely with psychologists and customers
  • Dealing efficiently with general admin tasks and updating information via the database
  • Handling and sending confidential documents
  • Good IT skills
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer requests and processing transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience.
  • Any other reasonable tasks as agreed with your line manager

Pay:
£28,000.00 per year
