An exciting opportunity working with a leading Pharma solutions company on a temporary to permanent basis

  • The main purpose is to contact the designated or predefined customer call base via the telephone and deliver activity on behalf of clients and their brands._
  • Achieve sales and other targets against a predefined call cycle, campaign or contract length._
  • Monitor and evaluate personal performance against all targets that might be measured by week, by cycle, by month or by duration of targeted client brand activity._
  • Develop strong customer relationships at the most senior or appropriate level to drive client objectives and results._

Responsibilities will include:


  • Able to influence the pharmacy contact to achieve sales and increase number of recommendations on the sales drive agenda.
  • Able to identify the correct contact (for each category, client, or brand) within each individual pharmacy to ensure the maximum sales call impact.
  • Create a multicontact data base for each pharmacy call and capture the data in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Capture orders and other appropriate data or insights in a timely and affective manner
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate personal performance versus KPI's and share successful practices for the mutual benefit of the team.
  • Be able to identify and take remedial actions if there is any KPI or sales target shortfall
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Previous telesales experience ideally within Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, determination, and a commitment to excellence. Constantly strives for self improvement by taking every opportunity to learn from experience.
  • Highly organised and can demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate sufficient knowledge of products and services as required within the role.
  • Understands the strengths and weaknesses of the competitions offering and how to satisfy customer needs with the Features and Benefits of the clients brands and product range.
  • Basic understanding of customer motivational needs
  • Commercially aware
  • Able to demonstrate judgement, initiative, decision making, analysis and creative problem solving
  • Good reporting and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly understand and get to grips with a wide and varied brand product portfolio.
