Job Summary:
Property change in LBG is delivered by specialist partners, who work in tandem with internal Group colleagues.

This is a great opportunity to join a small internal team, responsible for delivering change initiatives which primarily focus of the maintenance/upkeepof our office and branch estate.


Job Description:

To provide delivery oversight of Property change initiatives engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure delivery.

  • Delivery of property change using best practice control processes, continually reviewing this throughout the lifecycle to ensure the right level of quality and accuracy is achieved and meets business goals within agreed timescale and budget.
  • Ensure delivery partners have detailed project plans in place.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate engagement and exchange of information to ensure effective control and risk management.
  • Drive progress against the project plan, understand challenges and proactively manage the cost position and act to mitigate potential cost or time delay.
  • Build strong working relationships with Business Partners both internal and external.
  • Ensure there is clear focus on the LBG conduct agenda across the supplier base driving compliance and improvement where appropriate.
Key Skills, Capabilities and Knowledge

  • Project management capability ideally APM/Prince qualified.
  • Experience of driving and delivering Change working with external delivery partners.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience of dealing with stakeholders internal and external to the Group
  • Strong Risk identification and mitigation skills
  • Excellent conduct and issue resolution skills
  • Proven ability to formulate and execute delivery plans
  • Excellent financial analysis and evaluation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to external changes and prepare the Group to face into emerging risks/environments
  • Prior experience of working in a Property Change Management role is an essential requirement.
