Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for various construction projects.
- Assist in reviewing project plans, specifications, and relevant documents to gather necessary information for estimating.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, materials, labour, and other factors to ensure accurate cost projections.
- Utilise industrystandard software and tools to develop detailed estimates and cost breakdowns.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify project details and address any inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and relevant documents.
- Proficiency in using construction estimation software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction estimation is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and learn from industry professionals.
