Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for various construction projects.
  • Assist in reviewing project plans, specifications, and relevant documents to gather necessary information for estimating.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, materials, labour, and other factors to ensure accurate cost projections.
  • Utilise industrystandard software and tools to develop detailed estimates and cost breakdowns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify project details and address any inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and relevant documents.
  • Proficiency in using construction estimation software and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in construction estimation is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and learn from industry professionals.
