Exec Logistics are looking for our next supply chain superstar to come on board and accelerate our operations division, in the Role of Operations Co-ordinator at our Glasgow Branch.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop strong and longlasting relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every opportunity
- Respond to Customer quote requests effectively providing best solution and service value
- Maintain relationships with carriers & customers
- Update inhouse TMS
- Maintain CRM database

- Excellent attention to detail

- Commercial Awareness
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- First class organisational and timekeeping skills
