Juice is thrilled to be working with a well-established retail and product company, based in Melksham, in their search for a Customer Service Manager to join their small and friendly team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an award-winning company that supplies products to retailers.
Working in the Customer Service team you will be actively managing and motivating a team of 3 ensuring they provide a high level of service.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the customer service team ensuring all customer accounts are managed and order requirements are met
- Guaranteeing that an equal workload is spread amongst the team to promote a fair and teamorientated environment
- Working with various internal teams to ensure the customer service team is offering a flawless service
- Weekly meetings and communication with the Warehouse team to ensure all requirements are adhered to
- Evaluating department processes and making improvements to improve efficiency
- Assisting the Accounts with any invoice problems
- Liaising with customers when it is required
- Supporting selected accounts from order to delivery
- Making sure that all orders are on track and uptodate through Sage
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in managing a team, providing day to day input, guidance, structure, and energy
- A passion for creating a positive, friendly culture
- Proactive problemsolver who is comfortable working under pressure
- Excels in fastpaced and varied environments
- Professional and personable communicator able to talk to a variety of individuals
- Knowledge of Sage 200, Excel, and Outlook
