EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, one of London's largest independent estate agencies to recruit a Lettings Administrator for their Knightsbridge based office.
The role will entail supporting the lettings department to complete Lettings progression and ensure the tenancy agreements, references and deposit registration is ensure move ins can take place.

Role/responsibilities:
- Lettings Administration
- Complete Lettings Progression for newly agreed tenancies
- Obtaining signed AST
- EPCs, Gas Safety and EICR
- Registering deposits
- Ensuring property is ready for move in
- Updating details on company database
- Dealing with utility companies to update new tenancy details
- Working closely with the Lettings team to work towards deadlines
Experience/skills required:
- 2 years experience working within a Lettings Administration/Lettings Co-Ordinator role
- Experience working within a PA role previously would be beneficial
- Excellent written English skills
- IT Proficient
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise your workload
- Excellent follow up skills
- Thorough knowledge of the lettings process and requirements
Package/Benefits/Working Hours:
- £26k - £28k salary per annum
- Opportunity to obtain ARLA/NFoPP
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am 6:00pm
