We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our team.As a CSR, you will play a pivotal role in assisting and advising customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to make informed purchasing decisions.

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset
Salary:
From £24,107.04 per year
