We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a CSR, you will play a pivotal role in assisting and advising customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to make informed purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset

Salary:
From £24,107.04 per year
