Description
Job Purpose - A motivated individual with an interest in cars that can assist the finance department in sourcing vehicles for customers and agreeing finance deals.
The role will require someone to be computer able with a good phone manner in order to collect information from customers and send it off to the appropriate lenders.
Vehicle sourcing - an ability to find and pinpoint the right car for the customer. This will involve online searches and also the building of customer profiles as to understand what they want/ need.
Day to day:

Handling calls from/ to customers and dealer partners.

Working with customers to provide them with fair and considered finance options

Taking ownership and overcoming objections by presenting positive solutions through integrity, negotiation, and collaboration.

Working autonomously to reach targets and motivate oneself to get customers cleared, contacted and signed up for a finance agreement.

Able to swiftly and effectively multi-task, always maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Working alongside our lending partners to deliver a great customer experience and after care.
Skills:

Interest in cars

Motor dealership, or finance broker career background would be an advantage.

£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
