MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee internal management of all EMC databases.
Supervise internal management of processes and procedures throughout the EMC.
Manage the software library and distribution to subcontractors/engineers.
Generate internal and external EMC reports.
Handle central site alarm management.
Manage client energy usage and alerts.
Address reactive technical works.
Manage all exception programming.
Oversee all BST programming.
Initiate proactive technical works and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

Proficient in PC skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on excellent Excel proficiency.
Extensive experience in customer service.
Demonstrated ability in delivering EMC services and supporting the EMC department.
Competence in managing systems, processes, and procedures.
Effective internal communication and coordination within the department.
