Partnership Coordinator / Customer Service Advisor

Manchester, M32 0SZ


Salary:
£20,319 per annum


Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 17:30 pm


Office based only role, the manager is looking for customer service experience preferably office based, but someone at the beginning of their career.


We are looking for a Partnership Coordinator/ Customer Service Advisor to promote brand awareness and grow network revenue by building relationships with new and existing business partners. Pickfords is a fantastic national brand that specialises in removals and storage, offering a full range of professional services for home a business.


Customer Service Advisor JOB PURPOSE**:


Work with existing departments and groups to identify, establish and develop successful partnership working practices, to effectively service departmental and network requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Answering incoming enquiries from all channels (Live Chat, Web, Lead generation, Telephone) commercially reviewing them and auctioning accordingly.
  • Understand the customers' needs and improve the customer experience with all enquiries recorded on the system (Navision).
  • Maximize sales opportunity for our existing field and officebased teams.
  • To deal with all administrative enquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all documentation is accurately checked before processing.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards at all times.
  • Work to KPI's ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • To build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Introduce and maintain affiliate and partnership revenue streams.

Customer Service Advisor SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**:

  • The ability to actively listen and to work with others and share best practice.
  • Be enthusiastic, self motivated and positive in your approach with a "can do" attitude.
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Customer Centric create a great customer experience with the ability to communicate effectively on all levels.
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain relationships.
  • A passion for completing all tasks to the highest standard and be driven by results.
