Job Description:

Portico are currently recruiting for a Events Coordinator (Workplace Community Coordinator) to open a new operation, based at the brand new offices of one of the most famous financial companies in the world

The Events Coordinator (Workplace Community Coordinator) will be the heartbeat of the building They will focus on building excellent working relationships with all colleagues, using empathy to understand their needs, and to anticipate them moving forwards.

They will then use their knowledge to curate and execute a calendar of events and activities throughout the year for the employees of the firm, driving opportunities for engagement and creating a community feel within the building.

The Events Coordinator (Workplace Community Coordinator) will also need to build excellent working relationships with other service providers on site, to ensure that a seamless experience is provided to everyone using the space.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, from Mon-Fri

Salary:
£26,000

Qualifications:

Experience working with audio visual and conferencing equipment highly desirable.
