T Brown Group are looking for an experienced Weekend Customer Service Team Leader to join our team, based in Leatherhead:

  • FTE £30,000 per annum
  • Saturday & Sunday 8am 5.30pm
  • 33 days Holiday pro rata (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

What will you be doing?


As part of the Customer Service Leadership Team, our Customer Service Team Leaders are expected to provide support to the Customer Service Manager and ensure the smooth-running of the Customer Service Centre.


The successful Customer Service Team Leader will be able to monitor and mentor the Call Service Agents, assist in staffing schedules and deal with escalations and swift resolution of client and resident issues.

The role will also involve answering calls, advising residents on works to being carried out, booking appointments as necessary and passing on calls throughout the business.


What do you need?

  • Good level of spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Experience of High-Volume, High-Pressure Environments
  • Inbound call/service centre experience
  • Administration/Data inputting
  • Able to work alone and within a team.
  • Able to resolve problems quickly and smoothly.

Part-time hours: 17 per week
