About The Role:


Security Receptionist**
Croydon

£13.15 per hour

Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:15
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Receptionist, who will work at various prestigious premises.


You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality Reception duties and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

The Receptionist will develop and lead operational excellence and best practice. This is an active and visible role requiring strong customer service competence. Client interaction is significant and excellent relationship management skills are required.


Duties as a Security Receptionist

  • To greet all guest promptly, completing all related security procedures and offering all appropriate services to guest to ensure a pleasant visit.
  • Booking and signing in staff and visitors per day
  • Escalate any concerns regarding service or area to Bidvest Noonan Management
  • Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
  • To undertake any reasonable request and be flexible in approach to work patterns
  • To be aware of evacuation exits and emergency procedures
  • Ensure that reception area is well kept and maintained to a high standard

Job role requirements as a Security Receptionist

  • Previous experience of working as a receptionist
  • A valid SIA Licence
  • Door Supervision/Security Guarding
  • Typing speed of 60 words per minute (wpm) or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer/Client focused
  • Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.
  • Handling multiline phone systems,
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues in an effective efficient manner
