Job Purpose
The role of Insurance Administrator
is really important to us.

You will be responsible for supporting our Sales Executives with administration and customer service duties for fleet and commercial clients.

We would love to welcome you to our Leeds office, working hours of Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5:15pm.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Dealing with general enquiries competently and giving clear guidance and explanations
  • Accurately updating and maintaining an in house system
  • Processing midterm adjustments and cancellations on existing policies
  • Solving customer queries throughout the life of their policy and general administration document processing, letter writing, dealing with the setting up/cancellation of direct debits

  • Both a team player and ability to work on own initiative
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Commercial Insurance experience is desirable

Salary- Up to £28,000 base + performance related bonus (quarterly)
