An exciting opportunity has arisen within the urological cancers administration team at Charing Cross Hospital's Urology department.

The post holder will be primarily responsible for co-ordinating and managing the Prostate Cancer clinics and thus will be required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside Consultants, registrars, nurses, other pathway co-ordinators within the Urology Service.


The post holder will work closely with the relevant team members to ensure that patient pathways are co-ordinated effectively, patients for Prostate service are booked into the appropriate clinics and that a high quality customer service is provided.


The pathway co-ordinator will be primarily responsible for the co-ordination of Urology outpatient clinics to ensure patients are seen in line with clinical urgency and national access targets.

The post holder will be expected to provide a high standard of administrative support by working closely with a wide range of clinical and managerial staff.

Moreover, they will be expected to organise and prioritise their own workload and to assist colleagues ensuring continuity of service at all times.
