HR Administrator Dundee
- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Hours:08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday with a 16:00 finish on a Friday
Job Duties:
- Manage Time and Attendance system and carry out return to work interviews.
- Prepare files for payroll processing on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy of payroll and pensions.
- Help to manage employee absence in accordance with Company policy.
- Manage recruitment on behalf of department managers.
- Conduct/assist with investigation, disciplinary, grievance and appeals as required.
- Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders. Liaise with other departments to rectify any issues.
- Processing purchase invoices accurately and timely.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Process Sales Invoices
- Provide cover for/assistance to other department staff as required.
- Prepare Commercial Invoices
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for distribution within the company.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries.
- Book travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for staff as required.
- Booking meeting rooms and organising catering.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office experience
- Working Knowledge of HR processes
- Accounts experience (Essential)
